Sometimes when we lose weight...Everyone's got an opinion!


If you're like me and my husband, you've got goals and are pursuing them.

From time to time, there are naysayers who don't even realize they are throwing cold water on your hot dreams.

Hopefully my response to receiving 'unapproving remarks' will inspire you to just keep going!!!!

Stay healthy, fit, lean - Eat healthy foods, plenty of them...and exercise. This is the recipe to get in tip-top shape!
